Can you make a plate for any GPU?
Yes we can! We just need to know what GPU you have and we'll do the rest!
Can I have any design on the plate?
Depends on the design. If you have pictures of something specific, you can send them or files to jmmods44@gmail.com
Will the RGB strip work with the ASUS Aura Sync/MSI Mystic/Gigabyte Fusion?
Yes, we wire all RGB items for use with the standard 12v 5050 RGB or addressable RGB headers so if you have a motherboard that has RGB headers our covers will work!!!!
How are the RGBs controlled?
We offer 2 different controllers , one is remote control and the other is inline or you can use your motherboards rgb header.
How does it connect?
4 pin molexby default , or sata power at request.
How long will it take to get my order?
Depending on the backlog at the time, it could take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks. We will send you shipping confirmation and tracking when your item ships.
I live outside the U.S. Can you ship to my country?
Yes, We are shipping outside the US. Please keep in mind that the chances for lost packages are greater. We ship international packages at first class international which is $23.00 USD. If your package is delayed or tracking stop tracking you will have to be patient as sometimes they stall somewhere and we just have to wait on the item to continue on its way. If the package never makes it we will work with you on your item but shipping will be up to you to get another package coming your way.

How do I know what size cable combs/clips to buy?
You will need to use calipers to measure the size of your cables to ensure that they will fit. Please do not guess the size!
What is your refund policy?
Refunds must be requested within 48 hours of placing order. Under certain circumstances, partial refunds may be issued.
